In view of the current emergency military logistics’ efficiency evaluation problem, the emergency military logistics’ efficiency evaluation model is established. To begin with, the representative index system is put forward according to the emergency requirement. Then, the entropy weight that originated from original data was ameliorated by the experts’ factor, and an evaluation method of technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is constructed. Finally, the calculation and analysis of an example indicate that this method is easy in calculation, the outcome is reasonable, the subjectivity and randomicity in the commander’s decision process are decreased.
