The construction and working principle of two-step charging and pressing in steel-core automatic line are introduced. Analyzed the error caused by coherence and fluidity, and the system adopt special metering charging plate, double flexible pressing, and digital double closed loop feedback. The long term application confirmed that the technology can improve product’s quality and technical data, and can be extensive used in a series of bullets charging and pressing automatic line.
