For the COM port communication between PC and SCM, introduces a kind of serial communication method between PC and SCM by using the serial communication control of VB6.0, and the detailed programming was presented. This system has been successfully realized by commissioning, and applied to the project, and the operation is stable and reliable, and can satisfy the design requirement and the function, and the system is provided with a good reference value for developing similar system.
