    摘要:

    针对海拔、温湿度、空气密度、大气压强、光照强度等环境特点,对高原环境下特种车辆的油液监测数据标准化进行研究。提出油液监测元数据处理的概念,利用主成分分析法,通过监测数据相关性分析,计算出数据界限阈值,确立某型特种车辆油液状态参考标准和故障诊断界限标准。结果表明:该研究为高原油液监测工作建立了一个基本框架,可为其他同类车型提供有效参考。

    Abstract:

    According to the environmental characteristics of altitude, temperature and humidity, air density, atmospheric pressure, light intensity and so on, the standardization of oil monitoring data of special vehicles in plateau environment was studied. The concept of oil monitoring metadata processing is proposed, by using the principal component analysis method and analyzing the correlation of monitoring data, the data threshold is calculated, and the oil condition reference standard and fault diagnosis threshold standard of a certain type of special vehicle are established. The results show that the study has established a basic framework for plateau oil monitoring, and can provide an effective reference for other similar vehicles.
