Abstract:In order to solve the contradiction that the measurement accuracy of differential pressure flowmeter is inversely proportional to the range, a multi-parameter differential pressure flowmeter based on foundation fieldbus (FF) is designed. The structure of the multi-parameter acquisition card and the design steps of the range adaptive algorithm are given, and the intelligent communication card is analyzed and tested from the aspects of software and hardware. The test results show that the instrument can achieve large range and high precision measurement by integrating multiple sensors, and it can be widely used in petroleum, chemical and other fields.
