Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the traditional weight setting method fails to integrate subjective and objective cognition, resulting in inconsistent qualitative and quantitative analysis results, which may introduce bias, a weight giving method based on cloud model is proposed. The cloud generator is used to effectively deal with the uncertainty information, and the mapping between qualitative and quantitative analysis is established. At the same time, it combines the subjective experience and objective data of decision makers, which not only uses the intuition and experience of decision makers, but also fully combines the data support, making the weight distribution more scientific and reasonable. The process of a storage, transportation, shipping and transshipment is selected as a case for analysis. The results show that the index weights set by cloud model theory not only objectively reflect the actual impact of each index in the transport process, but also conform to human intuitive cognition.
