    摘要:

    针对弹药的需求量庞大而弹药生产效率低问题,以弹体尾翼装配为例,设计一种弹药的自动拧紧装置。系统包括尾翼和弹体的夹紧结构、尾翼的拧紧结构、拧紧力矩的控制等,通过PLC远程控制,实现弹体尾翼的自动化拧紧。结果表明:该装置能够使弹体和尾翼进行自动化装配,保证弹体的装配质量,减少人工操作的误差,提高生产效率,为弹药自动化装配提供了新思路,在军事装备中具有较为重要意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of huge demand and low production efficiency of ammunition, an automatic tightening device for ammunition is designed by taking the assembly of ammunition body and empennage as an example. The system includes the clamping structure of the empennage and the missile body, the tightening structure of the empennage, the control of the tightening torque, etc. The automatic tightening of the empennage of the missile body is realized through the PLC remote control. The results show that the device can make the automatic assembly of the projectile body and the empennage, ensure the assembly quality of the projectile body, reduce the error of manual operation, improve the production efficiency, and provide a new idea for the automatic assembly of ammunition, which is of great significance in military equipment.
