    摘要:

    为解决传统人工下料效率低、易出错、操作不当等问题,提出一种高效稳定的下料工作站。以弹药封箱自动化生产线下料为研究对象,利用SolidWorks搭建了夹持机构模型,有限元分析验证设计合理性,选用PROFINET通信协议,并通过MIoT.VC Premium 5.4仿真软件验证。结果表明,该工作站符合封箱下料作业的相关标准,具备完成弹药箱下料任务的能力。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of low efficiency, error-prone and improper operation of traditional manual blanking, an efficient and stable blanking workstation is proposed. Taking the blanking of ammunition sealing automatic production line as the research object, the model of clamping mechanism was built by SolidWorks, and the rationality of the design was verified by finite element analysis. The PROFINET communication protocol was selected, and the design was verified by MIoT. VC Premium 5. 4 simulation software. The results show that the workstation meets the relevant standards of sealing and blanking operation, and has the ability to complete the task of ammunition box blanking.
