Abstract:In order to solve the problems of low efficiency, error-prone and improper operation of traditional manual blanking, an efficient and stable blanking workstation is proposed. Taking the blanking of ammunition sealing automatic production line as the research object, the model of clamping mechanism was built by SolidWorks, and the rationality of the design was verified by finite element analysis. The PROFINET communication protocol was selected, and the design was verified by MIoT. VC Premium 5. 4 simulation software. The results show that the workstation meets the relevant standards of sealing and blanking operation, and has the ability to complete the task of ammunition box blanking.
