    摘要:

    为解决常规危废存储方法存在存储安全限值较低的问题,提出工业模块化技术在危废暂存仓中的应用研究。根据危废的来源与产生原理,对其产排特性进行分析,通过计算危废中各污染物的产出系数,以获取其产排系数,结合危废暂存仓的结构层次,建立危废存储指标体系,并求取各指标的综合权重。对暂存仓的功能模块进行分解,采用模块化技术设计危废暂存仓的存储模块单元与撬块单元,并将该方法应用于某危废暂存仓设计中。结果表明,该方法能有效提高危废的存储安全限值。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of low storage safety limit of conventional hazardous waste storage methods, the application research of industrial modular technology in hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse was proposed. According to the source and generation principle of hazardous waste, the production and emission characteristics of hazardous waste were analyzed, the production and emission coefficients of pollutants in hazardous waste were obtained by calculating the output coefficients of pollutants in hazardous waste, the storage index system of hazardous waste was established combined with the structural level of temporary storage warehouse of hazardous waste, the comprehensive weight of each index was obtained, and the functional modules of temporary storage warehouse were decomposed. The storage module unit and skid unit of hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse were designed by using modular technology, and the method was applied to the design of a hazardous waste temporary storage warehouse. The results show that this method can effectively improve the storage safety limit of hazardous waste.
