Abstract:In view of the lack of a unified basic display platform for the operation monitoring of 2.4 m transonic wind tunnel, which can not comprehensively, accurately and centrally monitor the overall operation of the wind tunnel, a three-dimensional visual safety interlocking monitoring system based on digital technology is proposed. The overall situation of the wind tunnel body, flow field and main actuators is presented in a three-dimensional view, and the status of the oil source, gas seal, power supply and other systems is monitored remotely and online. When the control system fails, the equipment status exceeds the safety range, and the model shakes violently, the interlocking protection of the whole wind tunnel system is implemented in time, and the problems of too complicated and scattered monitoring contents in the operation process of the wind tunnel are solved, and the alarm function of the equipment failure is optimized and improved. The results show that the system has been put into daily application in 2.4 m transonic wind tunnel, which can meet the safety monitoring requirements of wind tunnel operation, and the application effect is good.
