Abstract:In order to verify the feasibility of domestic production of digital multichannel analyzers, research was conducted on the development of domestically produced, self-controllable digital multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzers. A digital multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer based on the ADC+FPGA+ARM architecture was designed using domestically produced electronic components. Energy spectrum tests were conducted on Cs-137 and Co-60γ radioactive sources. The test results showed that the designed digital multi-channel analyzer had stable performance and met the requirements of application scenarios, proving the feasibility of the design scheme and providing a reference for the domestic production of digital multi-channel analyzers.
