Abstract:In order to solve the problems of difficult and inconvenient operation in the accurate calibration of mortar quadrant, an optimization method for the accurate calibration of mortar quadrant was proposed. Combining with the structural characteristics of the mortar and the quadrant, taking the accuracy and service requirements as the starting point, the basic principles of the quadrant are flexibly used to obtain the scientific and normative operation requirements and steps, and the theoretical analysis is carried out. The practical results show that the optimized method has high precision, convenient operation and strong feasibility, which effectively improves the self-check ability of mortar quadrant, and has important practical significance for improving the self-support and degradation ability of mortar under field conditions.
