    摘要:

    针对风洞试验中测量模型俯仰角问题,提出一种微型攻角传感器的设计方案。采用一体化电路设计,将姿态角传感组件、采集处理单元等元器件集成于传感器内部,提升信号的抗干扰能力。使用温度补偿、多级误差修正方法进行数据修正,同时应用卡尔曼滤波方法,在加速度传感器测量角度的基础上,融合振动传感器数据,增加设备的抗振动能力并提升传感器数据精度。在风洞试验中,通过天平X元测值与俯仰角的关系,对攻角传感器测值和天平信号进行了同步修正。结果表明:俯仰角数据精准可靠,同步效果满足试验要求。

    Abstract:

    In oroler to solve the problem of measuring pitch angle of model in wind tunnel test, a design scheme of micro angle of attack sensor is proposed. The integrated circuit design is used to integrate the attitude angle sensing component, acquisition and processing unit and other components into the sensor to improve the anti-interference ability of the signal. Temperature compensation and multi-level error correction methods are used to correct the data, and Kalman filtering method is used to fuse the vibration sensor data on the basis of the angle measured by the acceleration sensor, so as to increase the anti-vibration ability of the equipment and improve the accuracy of the sensor data. In the wind tunnel test, the measured value of the angle of attack sensor and the signal of the balance are corrected synchronously through the relationship between the measured value of the balance X element and the pitch angle. The results show that the pitch angle data is accurate and reliable, and the synchronization effect meets the test requirements.
