Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of comprehensive, digital and realistic training system for reloading and reloading skills, a design method of reloading and reloading simulation platform for integrated training is proposed. Based on the hardware-in-the-loop simulation, combined with virtual reality technology, the real operating environment is restored from the three directions of touch, vision and hearing by using multi-system combination. The system architecture, system layout and subsystem design of the reloading simulation platform are described, and two key technical problems encountered in the development process and their solutions are discussed. Taking a nuclear power plant as the application object, the application effect of the loading and refueling machine simulation platform is summarized. The results show that the simulation platform has good practicability and experience.
