    摘要:

    为解决当前部队在定检工作中存在的问题,采用基于网络分析法(analytic network process,ANP)的定检能力评估分析方法。通过对定检工作特点的分析,构建出定检能力评估指标结构图,根据各因素之间的相互关系,通过ANP,利用超级决策(super decisions,SD)软件确定各评估指标权重;结合示例对定检能力进行综合评估。结果表明,该方法能为后期及时、高效、有针对性地开展定检工作并进行定检能力提高优化提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems existing in the routine inspection work of the army, this paper uses the analytic network process (ANP) to evaluate the capability of routine inspection. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the periodic inspection work, the index structure chart of the periodic inspection capacity evaluation is constructed, and according to the relationship between the factors, the weight of each evaluation index is determined by using the super decisions (SD) software through ANP, and the periodic inspection capacity is comprehensively evaluated with examples. The results show that the method provides a reference for carrying out the periodic inspection work timely, efficiently and pertinently in the later period and improving and optimizing the periodic inspection ability.
