    摘要:

    针对试验段升降装置存在4只液压油缸承受的负载差异,油缸动作不同步,自重约200 t的试验段升降过程中存在倾斜、安全隐患大、液压系统压力高(60 MPa)、故障率高、流量小、效率低等问题,提出在风洞现有基础下,对试验段升降装置的机械结构、液压系统和控制系统进行升级。通过新研制开降装置与旧装置对比,升级后的升降装置极大提升了试验段更换时的安全性、可靠性、更换效率以及油缸的同步性。结果表明:试验段液压升降装置升级后投入具备可行性,为后期更新完善设备提供重要参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems such as the load difference of the four hydraulic cylinders in the lifting device of the test section, the asynchronous action of the cylinders, the inclination in the lifting process of the test section with a dead weight of more than 200 t, the great potential safety hazard, the high pressure (60 MPa) of the hydraulic system, the high failure rate, the small flow rate and the low efficiency, it is proposed that on the basis of the existing wind tunnel. Upgrade the mechanical structure, hydraulic system and control system of the test section lifting device. By comparing the newly developed lifting device with the old device, the upgraded lifting device greatly improves the safety, reliability, replacement efficiency and synchronization of the cylinder when replacing the test section. The results show that the hydraulic lifting device in the test section is feasible after upgrading, which provides an important reference for updating and improving the equipment in the later period.
