    摘要:

    针对传统的水电站管理系统存在的问题,提出开发全过程数据监控的水电站智能安全管理平台。利用移动互联网及云计算和大数据等技术进行研究分析,系统开发包括安全知识库、安全监管、辅助决策支持、系统管理4大功能;与水电站其他系统开发数据对接接口,实现了全过程多系统集成联动,搭建水电站安全监控系统,形成全过程安全闭环管理,达到了消除安全监管漏洞和盲区、节省人力和提高工作效率等效果。结果表明,该平台对于水电站智能安全管理具有较大的推广价值。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional hydropower station management system, an intelligent safety management platform for hydropower station based on whole process data monitoring is proposed. Using mobile Internet, cloud computing and big data technology for research and analysis, the system development includes four functions: security knowledge base, security supervision, assistant decision support and system management; With the development of data docking interface with other systems of hydropower station, the whole process of multi-system integration linkage is realized, the safety monitoring system of hydropower station is built, and the whole process of safety closed-loop management is formed, which achieves the effects of eliminating safety supervision loopholes and blind areas, saving manpower and improving work efficiency. The results show that the platform has great promotion value for the intelligent safety management of hydropower station.
