In order to solve the urgent problem of UAV command personnel training and actual combat training, a UAV cooperative training simulation system with the functions of general post cooperative training and tactical cooperative training is constructed. Its composition and function are described, its application process is introduced, and innovative application practice is carried out around post coordination, tactical coordination and comprehensive application mode, which actively explores the quality and efficiency of system construction and the acceleration of UAV command personnel training. The results show that the training simulation system improves the quality and effectiveness of UAV actual combat training, and accelerates the formation of UAV professional command personnel's ability and quality.
