    摘要:

    针对无源侦收设备结构复杂、故障排查困难、缺少实时监测手段的问题,设计一套实时状态监控系统。利用在线检测技术和多种信号数字化处理技术,获取设备状态监控数据,通过数据处理和智能诊断实时掌握装备运行状态准确判断故障原因,缩短故障排查时间,提高维修效率。实际使用结果表明:该系统能够准确获取关键部位的信息,通过数据处理分析后显示各参数值,给出异常告警信息,在日常业务和维护维修中发挥了重要作用。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of complex structure, difficult troubleshooting and lack of real-time monitoring means of passive interception equipment, a set of real-time status monitoring system is designed. On-line detection technology and a variety of signal digital processing technology are used to obtain equipment status monitoring data, and through data processing and intelligent diagnosis, the equipment operation status can be grasped in real time, the cause of the fault can be accurately judged, the troubleshooting time can be shortened, and the maintenance efficiency can be improved. The actual application results show that the system can accurately obtain the information of key parts, display the parameter values after data processing and analysis, and give abnormal alarm information, which plays an important role in daily business and maintenance.
