    摘要:

    针对离散制造车间运行活动难以评估、生产瓶颈可追溯性差、生产过程决策实时性低、生产数据存储分散等问题,提出一种基于数据驱动的车间运行决策优化技术。搭建基于数据驱动的车间运行决策优化框架,深入讨论车间运行决策关键指标量化评估方法、车间数据分布式采存与关键特征判别方法和数据驱动的车间运行决策优化技术3项关键技术。实际应用结果表明:该技术能解决存在问题,对实现数据驱动的智能车间具有一定参考意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of discrete manufacturing workshop, such as difficult evaluation of operation activities, poor traceability of production bottlenecks, low real-time decision-making in production process, and scattered storage of production data, a workshop operation decision-making optimization technology based on data-driven is proposed. Based on the data-driven workshop operation decision optimization framework, three key technologies are discussed in depth, including the quantitative evaluation method of key indicators of workshop operation decision, the distributed collection and storage of workshop data and the identification method of key features, and the data-driven workshop operation decision optimization technology. The practical application results show that the technology can solve the existing problems and has certain reference significance for the realization of data-driven intelligent workshop.
