Abstract:In order to solve the problem of low communication efficiency under single network access control mode, the TSN industrial real-time control network communication technology for mechanical equipment industry of roadheader is proposed. The TSN industrial real-time control network communication protocol is designed according to the basic access and CTS access mode. The multi-node networking mode is used as the network topology, and the communication terminal address is obtained by calculating the idle time of network communication. Communication initiation process and node forwarding process are designed to realize TSN industrial real-time control network communication. The experimental results show that the method has low protocol conversion delay and high communication efficiency when transmitting TSN industrial information, which can meet the requirements of real-time and accurate time control in mechanical equipment industry.
