    摘要:

    3D打印技术在复杂零件制造方面具有传统制造技术难以比拟的独特优势,且在战场装备抢修领域的成功应用为该领域提供了技术支持。围绕新型战争形态和作战样式下的装备维修保障体系发展目标,论述了3D打印技术在构建新型装备保障体系方面的重要作用。以某型装备的角度调节器为研究对象,分析其结构特点和功能特性,并对其进行结构优化。结果表明,在实战背景下该3D打印技术应用于战场抢修具备可行性。

    Abstract:

    3D printing technology has unique advantages over traditional manufacturing technology in the manufacturing of complex parts, and its successful application in the field of battlefield equipment repair provides technical support for this field. Based on the development goal of equipment maintenance support system under the new form of war and combat mode, the important role of 3D printing technology in the construction of new equipment support system is discussed. Taking the angle regulator of a certain type of equipment as the research object, its structural characteristics and functional characteristics are analyzed, and its structure is optimized. The results show that the 3D printing technology has feasibility applied to battlefield repair under the background of actual combat.
