    摘要:

    为满足高精度和高效率的火工药剂称量需要,设计一套基于可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)的火工药剂高精度称量系统。采用定容称量与可控振动称量相结合的方式,先用定容式计量板添加大剂量药剂,再用PID算法控制直线振动机构以一定的频率振动,带动上方容器内的药剂沿料道进行高精度小剂量添加,判断药剂重量,剔废不合格产品。采用多种火工药剂进行测试,结果表明:该称量系统测量精度小于1 mg,称量效率较高,能够满足绝大数火工药剂高精度称量需求。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the needs of high precision and high efficiency of the pyrotechnic charge weighing, a high precision pyrotechnic charge weighing system based on programmable logic controller (PLC) was designed. The method adopts a mode of combining constant volume weighing and controllable vibration weighing, firstly uses a constant volume metering plate to add a large dose of medicament, then uses a PID algorithm to control a linear vibration mechanism to vibrate at a certain frequency, drives the medicament in an upper container to be added with a small dose with high precision along a material channel, judges the weight of the medicament, and rejects unqualified products. The results show that the measurement accuracy of the weighing system is less than 1 mg, and the weighing efficiency is high, which can meet the high precision weighing requirements of most of the pyrotechnics.
