Abstract:In order to meet the dual requirements of lightweight and economy, a new digital prototype of shipborne display and control console is designed. The display console cabinet with sheet metal structure is designed and simulated by using 3D software CREO and analysis software ANSYS. Through static stress analysis, modal analysis, transient stress analysis and vibration analysis simulation results, the weak structure of the design is exposed, the structural design is optimized by reinforcing, and the product development cycle is shortened. The test results show that the simulation analysis data of the display and control console with sheet metal structure are accurate and credible, which can play a theoretical guiding role in the digital prototype of the display and control console.
