Abstract:In view of the problems of the big bore butterfly valve in the 2 m large intermittent wind tunnel, the optimization design for the DN2500 hydraulic butterfly volve is proposeol, and the stress concentration and modal analysis of the newly designed butterfly valve were carried out by finite element software. The results show that the stress value of the dangerous section meets the design requirements under the limit condition, and the vibration characteristics are good; the engineering application proves that the butterfly valve has reliable sealing, small blockage, low failure rate, and can ensure long-term effective operation.
