    摘要:

    为给舵机延迟相位补偿提供准确参数,提出一种应用于滚转弹舵机延迟时间实时解算方法。在弹上计算机硬件增加A/D转换模块实现舵反馈信号采集,根据滚转弹控制指令和舵偏角周期性过零的特性,计算出控制指令和舵偏角过零时刻,根据其过零时间差解算出舵机延迟时间。结果表明:在弹上计算机软件中增加舵机延迟时间解算模块,通过线性插值、滑动平均滤波等方法提高延迟时间解算精度,以满足旋转弹制导控制使用要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to provide accurate parameters for rudder delay phase compensation, a real-time calculation method for rudder delay time of rolling missile was proposed. A/D conversion module is added to the hardware of the computer on the missile to realize the acquisition of the rudder feedback signal, the zero-crossing time of the control command and the rudder deflection angle is calculated according to the periodic zero-crossing characteristics of the control command and the rudder deflection angle of the rolling missile, and the delay time of the rudder engine is calculated according to the zero-crossing time difference. The results show that the delay time calculation module is added in the missile computer software, and the delay time calculation accuracy is improved by linear interpolation, moving average filtering and other methods to meet the guidance and control requirements of the spinning missile.
