Abstract:In order to find and deal with the abnormal working conditions caused by the shafting and stern structure in time, a set of integrated display and control equipment with high reliability and safety is designed. The shafting and the stern sensor group are electrically connected with the integrated display and control equipment through the junction box, so that the functions of monitoring and storing various signals of shafting and stern structure vibration are realized; and meanwhile, the running state of the shafting can be displayed in real time, the abnormality in the running process is prompted, and a log is fed back for guiding the debugging work. The results show that the function and performance of the equipment meet the requirements of use, which has a certain guiding role for the design, production and manufacture of integrated display and control equipment.
