    摘要:

    为评估舰炮武器系统作战效能,综合考虑舰炮武器系统各层次关键因素,建立了舰炮武器系统作战能力指标体系。利用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)计算各层指标权重,运用模糊综合评估法对舰炮武器系统的综合作战效能进行评估。以某大口径舰炮武器系统为例,验证了该作战效能评估模型的有效性,并通过综合指标系数指出了该舰炮武器系统的战术技术指标薄弱项。结果表明,该作战效能评估模型可为舰炮武器的研制和作战使用提供重要参考。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the operational effectiveness evaluation of navel gun weapon system, an index architecture was built with a fully consideration of related factors for navel gun weapon system. Then, the weight distribution of index architecture was estimated using the AHP method, and the operational effectiveness of weapon system was evaluated by the approach of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the model of effectiveness evaluation was applied to a case of lager-caliber navel gun weapon, which confirmed the validity of evalution model and pointed the technically weak factors of this weapon system. It could be concluded that this model of operational effectiveness evaluation could hopefully provide valuable advices on the future development and operation of navel gun weapon system.
