Abstract:Aiming at the difficulty of comprehensive testing of various types of signals for some equipment in deep-sea abnormal environment test due to the restriction of the particularity of the environment, a comprehensive testing system for deep-sea abnormal environment based on multi-parameter cluster transmission technology and embedded storage technology is proposed. The system can comprehensively measure a variety of parameters including strain, temperature, humidity and air pressure inside the equipment in the underwater environment. The hardware design based on FPGA and the software design based on LABVIEW are introduced. The underwater test of the equipment proves that the system can accurately collect various environmental parameters in the body of the equipment structure, and effectively detect the leakage of the equipment, which meets the design requirements and lays a technical foundation for the dynamic test and status assessment of the internal environmental parameters of the underwater equipment.
