    摘要:

    针对某些装备在深水异常环境试验中由于受环境特殊性制约导致多种类型信号综合测试困难的问题,提出了基于多参数集束传输技术和嵌入式存储技术所设计的深水异常环境综合测试系统。该系统可综合性测量装备内部在水下环境中的应变、温湿度以及气压在内的多种参数。在系统总体设计的基础上介绍了基于FPGA的系统硬件设计和基于LABVIEW的系统软件设计。经装备的水下试验证明,该系统能够准确采集装备结构体内部的各种环境参数,并有效进行装备渗漏检测,满足设计要求,为水下设备内部环境参数的动态测试以及状态评估奠定了技术基础。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the difficulty of comprehensive testing of various types of signals for some equipment in deep-sea abnormal environment test due to the restriction of the particularity of the environment, a comprehensive testing system for deep-sea abnormal environment based on multi-parameter cluster transmission technology and embedded storage technology is proposed. The system can comprehensively measure a variety of parameters including strain, temperature, humidity and air pressure inside the equipment in the underwater environment. The hardware design based on FPGA and the software design based on LABVIEW are introduced. The underwater test of the equipment proves that the system can accurately collect various environmental parameters in the body of the equipment structure, and effectively detect the leakage of the equipment, which meets the design requirements and lays a technical foundation for the dynamic test and status assessment of the internal environmental parameters of the underwater equipment.
