    针对光机部件混流生产线生产环境复杂,装调过程不确定因素多、工时浮动大等导致物料配送复杂度增加的问题,提出基于遗传算法的物料配送技术。首先分析了光机部件产线的特点,并根据特点选定了配送策略,提高了应对复杂环境的能力;基于配送成本和时间设计了配送策略优化模型,并通过遗传算法对模型进行求解。仿真实验结果表明,对于光机部件产线等复杂环境相对传统方法在成本和效率方面均有明显优势。

    Abstract:

    In view of the complicated production environment of the mixed flow production line of optical and mechanical parts, many uncertain factors in the assembly process and large floating working hours lead to the increase of the complexity of material distribution, a material distribution technology based on genetic algorithm was proposed. Firstly, the characteristics of the production line of optical machinery parts were analyzed, and the distribution strategy was selected according to the characteristics, which improved the ability to deal with the complex environment. The distribution strategy optimization model is designed based on distribution cost and time, and the model is solved by genetic algorithm. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional method, it has obvious advantages in cost of and efficiency in complex environment such as the production line of optical and mechanical components.
