    摘要:

    为了提升车间装配效率,减少工人的工作负荷,实现产品质量数据的准确采集与高效管理,基于数字化、物联网、数据采集等技术,从四个层次构建软件框架,设计并实现了某装配车间智能管控系统。车间智能管控系统从上层制造执行系统中接收生产计划,解析后将关键信息下发至生产线、AGV、立体库等底层系统中,并通过内部与外部接口实现物料配送、任务状态监控、数据感知等功能,从而高效地完成车间产品装配,同时准确、可靠的获取其质量数据,实现装配过程的智能管控。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the assembly efficiency of the workshop, reduce the workload of workers, and achieve accurate collection and efficient management of product quality data, an intelligent control system with a four levels software framework for a certain assembly workshop was designed and implemented based on technologies such as digitization, Internet of Things, and data collection. The workshop intelligent control system receives production plans from the upper level manufacturing execution system, parses them, and distributes key information to the lower level systems such as production lines, AGV, and stereoscopic warehouses. Through internal and external interfaces, it realizes material distribution, task status monitoring, data perception, and other functions to efficiently complete workshop product assembly, while accurately and reliably obtaining its quality data, achieving intelligent control of the assembly process.
