As the strategic fulcrum and forward position of coastal countries’ peripheral defense,the importance of offshore islands is particularly prominent.Strong defense capability is the support to ensure the safety of islands and safeguard maritime interests.The battlefield environment of offshore islands and their surrounding waters is complex, organizing accurate and efficient battlefield environment support can effectively improve the defense capability of islands.,this paper uses HOQ technology to establish the relationship between operational requirements and battlefield environment support requirements according to the operational requirements of offshore island defense.
