    针对某型舰用轴向柱塞泵流量脉动引起的振动与噪音问题,采用Fluent中的RNG湍流模型与UDF动网格技术对高速旋转状态下的液压油往复运动过程进行了模拟。得到出油腔的流量变化趋势,并研究了转速与出口压力对流量脉动率的影响,从而组合出流量脉动较低的操作参数。结果表明:出油腔流量呈周期性振荡,且随着转速减小、出口压力提高,流量脉动率有所减小。出口压力18.5MPa 和31.5MPa时,1000r/min时的流量脉动率比1800r/min降低12.2%和17.0%。出口压力25MPa时,流量脉动率随转速增加先增后减。论文工作为舰用柱塞泵的减振降噪提供有力支撑。

    Abstract:

    In response to the vibration and noise issues caused by flow pulsation of axial piston pumps used in a certain type of ship, we used the RNG turbulence model and UDF dynamic grid technology in Fluent to simulate the reciprocating motion process of hydraulic oil under high-speed rotation. We obtained the trend of flow rate changes in the oil outlet chamber and studied the effects of rotational speed and outlet pressure on flow pulsation rate, in order to combine operating parameters with lower flow pulsation. The results show that the flow rate in the oil outlet chamber oscillates periodically, and the flow pulsation rate decreases as the speed decreases and the outlet pressure increases; When the outlet pressure is 18.5MPa and 31.5MPa, the flow pulsation rate at 1000r/min is reduced by 12.2% and 17.0% compared to 1800r/min. When the outlet pressure is 25MPa, the flow pulsation rate increases first and then decreases with the increase of speed. The paper provides strong support for vibration reduction and noise reduction of ship plunger pumps.
