    摘要:

    火工品电性能测试是产品制造过程中必不可少的环节,产品在电性能测试中存在燃烧、爆炸的安全风险, 药量大的电爆管类产品爆炸冲击波、迸射物易对操作者造成伤害。为提升某类火工品电性能测试过程安全性及测试 效率,对测试流程进行优化,将测试线路、设备、场所进行改造,设计电性能测试中继联锁控制系统,将信号控制 与门机联锁融为一体,在安全电流测试中集成高精度电流调节、自动延时控制、控制信号反馈等功能,通过介质耐 压、绝缘电阻、安全电流等多种测试,有效地解决成品电性能测试中的人员安全问题,是火工品成品电性能测试的 理想操控装置。

    Abstract:

    The electrical performance test of initiating explosive device is an essential link in the manufacturing process of the product. There are safety risks of combustion and explosion in the electrical performance test of the product. The explosion shock wave and projection of the electric detonator with large amount of explosive are easy to cause injury to the operator. In order to improve the safety and efficiency of a certain type of initiating explosive device electrical performance test process, the test process is optimized, the test line, equipment and place are reformed, the relay interlocking control system of electrical performance test is designed, the signal control and door machine interlocking are integrated, and the high-precision current regulation, automatic delay control and control signal are integrated in the safety current test. Through dielectric withstand voltage, insulation resistance, safety current and other tests, it effectively solves the personnel safety problems in the electrical performance test of finished products, and is an ideal control device for the electrical performance test of finished products of initiating explosive devices.
