    针对多旋翼无人机抗风性能的提升,螺旋桨与电机座之间采用一定安装角倾斜安装,以增大偏航控制力矩,提高航向调整时的灵活性,倾斜式的桨盘设计使每个旋翼具备多个旋转自由度,进而将常规欠驱动设计转化为全驱动设计,能够有效地纠正姿态,使无人机具有较好的稳态性能,定位数据更加精确。本研究通过分析桨盘倾角对同轴非共轴形式布局的影响,对不同倾角的双旋翼进行了试验和CFD数值模拟,进而对倾斜式双旋翼的气动特性进行了分析,为倾斜式多旋翼无人机提供了设计支撑。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the wind resistance characteristics of multi rotor unmanned aerial vehicles, a certain installation angle is adopted between the propeller and the motor base to increase the yaw control torque and improve the flexibility of heading adjustment. The tilted rotor design allows each rotor to have multiple rotational degrees of freedom, thereby transforming the conventional underactuated design into a fully actuated design, which can effectively correct the attitude, have good steady-state performance, and make the positioning data more accurate. This study analyzed the influence of blade inclination angle on same arm but non-coaxial layout, conducted experiments and CFD numerical simulations on different inclination angles of twin rotors, and further analyzed the aerodynamic characteristics of inclined twin rotors, which provide design support for inclined multi rotor unmanned aerial vehicles.
