    摘要:

    针对大迎角机构机械装置、控制硬件的改造升级,基于Labview 框架平台设计编写上位机控制软件。优 化更新基于TCP/IP 协议的Socket 通信,增设虚拟支杆设定、模型防碰撞识别等功能。编制的控制软件已成功应用 于气动中心4 m×3 m 低速风洞大迎角试验。结果表明,该软件有效提升了试验质量效率和设备运行安全。

    Abstract:

    In order to upgrade the mechanical device and control hardware of high angle of attack mechanism, the upper computer control software is designed and compiled based on Labview framework platform. The Socket communication based on TCP/IP protocol is optimized and updated, and the functions of virtual pole setting and model anti-collision identification are added. The developed control software has been successfully applied to the high angle-of-attack test in the 4 m × 3 m low speed wind tunnel of the aerodynamic center. The results show that the software can effectively improve the efficiency of test quality and the safety of equipment operation.
