This article proposes a tree network weighted aggregation evaluation method based on the golden ratio rule, which mainly solves the problems of weight allocation and evaluation implementation in quantitative evaluation. In traditional quantitative evaluation, there are problems with large human factors or overly complex weight calculation in weight allocation, which leads to significant differences in quantitative evaluation rusults.To this end, the golden ration rule is introduced to reduce the impact of subjective factors on quantitative evaluation results. Simultaneously using a tree network to describe the quantitative evaluation process, achieving networked and structured indicator decomposition and weighted aggregation processes, better presenting the quantitative evaluation process, and simplifying the evaluation process.
