    摘要:

    增材制造被视为诸多领域科技创新的加速器、支撑制造业创新发展的关键基础技术,已在国内外航空航天、汽车、医疗等领域广泛应用。适应兵器装备高战技指标、低成本快速研产及靠前敏捷维保的发展,增材制造在兵器领域应用前景巨大。综述了当前主流增材制造工艺技术的特点,重点介绍了当前兵器领域增材制造应用现状,结合装备需求和技术研究焦点分析了兵器领域增材制造的发展趋势,最后就加快推动增材制造在兵器领域的规模应用提出工作建议。

    Abstract:

    Additive manufacturing, which is regarded as an accelerator and a key foundational technology supporting the innovative development of manufacturing, has been widely used in aerospace, automotive, healthcare, and other industries. To meet the development needs of weapons for high-performance, low-cost and rapid manufacturing, and agile maintenance at combat zones, et al, it is believed that additive manufacturing will have broad application space in weapons manufacturing. This paper summarizes the characteristics of different additive manufacturing processes and also introduces the current application status of additive manufacturing in weapons. By analyzing the technical research hotspots and the existing pain points in current applications in weapons of additive manufacturing, the development trends of additive manufacturing in weapons are predicted. Finally, some suggestions are proposed to accelerate the standardized application of additive manufacturing in the weapon industry.
