Abstract:Aiming at the problems of bulky bullets and ammunition, low manual loading efficiency, and high danger level of large caliber artillery, which may cause danger during training and wear and tear on the actual equipment, a training artillery automatic feeding machine has been developed. Analyze the implementation function and motion analysis of the automatic feeding machine for real artillery, and design a lightweight simulation feeding machine for training and visiting based on SolidWorks. Simplify the design, reduce material weight, and match the corresponding control system. Relying on STM32 microcontroller to control the stepper motor and cylinder to complete the specified actions, coupled with sensors such as encoder and travel switch, the control system achieves closed-loop control of the executing components. The verification results show that the lightweight design of the ammunition feeder can complete the predetermined actions and has good application prospects in training and visits.
