    文章研发了一种训练用的火炮自动供弹机,通过分析实装火炮自动供弹机的实现功能和运动分析,基于SolidWorks设计一款用于训练和参观的轻量化模拟供弹机,大大简化设计,减轻材料质量,配套相应的控制系统,依靠STM32单片机控制步进电机和气缸完成规定动作,再加上编码器和行程开关等传感器,实现控制系统对执行元件的闭环控制,经验证该设计能够完成预定动作,在训练和用于参观中具有良好的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    The article developed an automatic ammunition feeder for training artillery. By analyzing the implementation function and motion analysis of the actual gun automatic ammunition feeder, a lightweight simulated ammunition feeder for training and visiting was designed based on SolidWorks. This greatly simplifies the design, reduces material quality, and is equipped with a corresponding control system. The STM32 microcontroller controls the stepper motor and cylinder to complete the specified action, and sensors such as encoders and travel switches are added to achieve closed-loop control of the control system"s execution components. It has been verified that the design can complete the predetermined action and has good application prospects in training and visiting.
