    针对大口径火炮的弹丸和弹药笨重、人工装填效率低、危险程度高,在训练时会发生危险,并且会对实装产生磨损等问题,研发一种训练用的火炮自动供弹机。分析实装火炮自动供弹机的实现功能和运动分析,基于SolidWorks设计一款用于训练和参观的轻量化模拟供弹机,简化设计,减轻材料质量,配套相应的控制系统,依靠STM32单片机控制步进电机和气缸完成规定动作,再加上编码器和行程开关等传感器,实现控制系统对执行元件的闭环控制。验证结果表明:对输弹机进行了轻量化设计,该设计能够完成预定动作,在训练和用于参观中具有良好的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of bulky bullets and ammunition, low manual loading efficiency, and high danger level of large caliber artillery, which may cause danger during training and wear and tear on the actual equipment, a training artillery automatic feeding machine has been developed. Analyze the implementation function and motion analysis of the automatic feeding machine for real artillery, and design a lightweight simulation feeding machine for training and visiting based on SolidWorks. Simplify the design, reduce material weight, and match the corresponding control system. Relying on STM32 microcontroller to control the stepper motor and cylinder to complete the specified actions, coupled with sensors such as encoder and travel switch, the control system achieves closed-loop control of the executing components. The verification results show that the lightweight design of the ammunition feeder can complete the predetermined actions and has good application prospects in training and visits.
