    摘要:

    针对目前部分火箭弹、巡飞弹、反坦克导弹及新型自杀式无人作战平台等弹药,对于极低主动段发射过载解除引信一级保险的极大需求。本文基于Creo建模、proteus和Adams软件仿真平台,联合设计了一种引信一保惯性环境识别解保技术方案,重点解决了极低过载条件下引信利用发射过载实现一保解除的技术关键。通过设计及仿真分析结果表明,极低过载引信一保解保方案能够适应低过载条件下的解保环境识别需求,可以保证引信的勤务安全、发射安全。该技术解决了极低过载发射弹药使用惯性保险的适应性问题。

    Abstract:

    There is a great demand for using the extremely low active phase to launch overload and release the first level fuse for some current ammunition such as rockets, cruise missiles, anti tank missiles, and new suicide unmanned combat platforms. This article is based on Creo modeling ,proteus and Adams software simulation platform, and jointly designs a technology scheme for identifying and releasing the inertial environment of a fuse, with a focus on solving the technical key of using launch overload to achieve the release of the fuse under extremely low overload conditions. The design and simulation analysis results show that the one protection and release scheme of the extremely low overload fuse can adapt to the recognition requirements of the release environment under low overload conditions, and can ensure the service safety and launch safety of the fuse. This technology solves the adaptability problem of using inertia insurance for extremely low overload ammunition.
