Abstract:There is a great demand for using the extremely low active phase to launch overload and release the first level fuse for some current ammunition such as rockets, cruise missiles, anti tank missiles, and new suicide unmanned combat platforms. This article is based on Creo modeling ,proteus and Adams software simulation platform, and jointly designs a technology scheme for identifying and releasing the inertial environment of a fuse, with a focus on solving the technical key of using launch overload to achieve the release of the fuse under extremely low overload conditions. The design and simulation analysis results show that the one protection and release scheme of the extremely low overload fuse can adapt to the recognition requirements of the release environment under low overload conditions, and can ensure the service safety and launch safety of the fuse. This technology solves the adaptability problem of using inertia insurance for extremely low overload ammunition.
