    摘要:

    目的 通过对特种车辆车载制氧装置进行电磁兼容性设计,确保车载制氧装置电磁兼容性满足GJB151B-2013《军用设备和分系统电磁发射和敏感度要求与测量》相关要求;方法 通过对特种车辆车载设备电磁兼容性设计要求和车载制氧装置电磁兼容特性进行了分析,从干扰源、干扰途径对车载制氧装置进行电磁兼容设计;结果 车载制氧装置通过了电源线传导试验CE102、电场辐射发射试验RE102试验。结论 本文采取的电磁兼容性设计方法有效,车载制氧装置能够满足相关标准要求。对于其他车载设备可借鉴本文车载制氧装置电磁兼容性设计思路和设计方法。

    Abstract:

    ObjectiveThrough the electromagnetic compatibility design of the on-board oxygen producing device for special vehicles,the electromagnetic compatibility of the on-board oxygen producting device meets the relevant requirement in GJB151B-2013“Electromagnetic emission and sensitivity requirement and Measurement of Military Equipment and subsystems”.MethodsBased on the analysis of the design requirements of electromagnetic compatibility of special vehicle on-board equipment and on-board oxygen generator,the electromagnetic compatibility design of the on-board oxygen generator is carried out from the interference path.ResultsThe vehicle oxygen production device passed the power transmission line test CE102and the electric field radiation emission test RE102.ConclusionThe electromagnetic compatibility design method adopted in this paper is effective,and the vehicle oxygen production device can meet the relevant standars.For other vehicle-mounted equipment,the electromagnetic compatibility design ideas and design methods of vehicle-mounted oxygen production devices can be used for reference.
