    摘要:

    针对海上BJ训练难以实施、训练条件苛刻且训练成本高的问题,提出一种基于虚拟现实技术的海上干货BJ设备仿真训练系统。建立典型BJ设备高架索力学模型,分析高架索受力情况,结合位置动力学算法,实现海上BJ设备高架索等柔性物体的仿真。利用反向运动学完成虚拟人骨骼转动的动画效果。应用碰撞检测技术进行虚拟场景的碰撞检测,实现BJ设备的交互响应。经测试,系统可实现BJ作业训练流程,有效提高培训效率。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of difficult implementation, harsh training conditions and high training cost of marine BJ training, a simulation training system of marine dry cargo BJ equipment based on virtual reality technology is proposed. The mechanical model of typical BJ equipment elevated cable is established, and the force of elevated cable is analyzed. Combined with the position dynamics algorithm, the simulation of flexible objects such as elevated cable of offshore BJ equipment is realized. The animation effect of virtual human skeleton rotation is completed by using reverse kinematics. Collision detection technology is used to detect the collision of virtual scene and realize the interactive response of BJ device. After testing, the system can realize the BJ operation training process and effectively improve the training efficiency.
