    摘要:

    针对普通枪弹弹头成型工序多,生产自动化程度低,设备、人员繁多等问题,对普通弹头进行自动装配 一体化研究。在分析和研究弹头的组成结构、现有的弹头装配工艺及其技术的各种问题后,设计弹头自动装配机的 结构单元及相应的控制系统,将6 道加工、检验工序整合到一台弹头自动装配机上,大幅提高了弹头的装配生产效 率和自动一体化程度。结果表明:运用该技术能提高弹头的制造效率,减少生产成本,提升产品质量,产生更大的 经济效益和社会效益。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of common bullet processing, such as too many forming processes, low degree of production automation, too many equipment and personnel, the research on the integration of automatic assembly of common bullet is carried out. After analyzing and researching the composition structure of the warhead, the existing warhead assembly process and various technical problems, the structure unit and the corresponding control system of the automatic warhead assembly machine are designed, and six processing and inspection processes are integrated into one automatic warhead assembly machine, which greatly improves the assembly production efficiency and automatic integration degree of the warhead. The results show that the technology can improve the manufacturing efficiency of the warhead, reduce the production cost, improve the product quality, and produce greater economic and social benefits.
