    舟桥装备是克服大中型江河障碍的重要装备。针对舟桥装备架设过程中存在的舟桥单元数量多、作业流程复杂、作业态势不明、人工指挥效率低等问题,基于北斗技术、RTK技术及无线自组网技术,设计一种舟桥运动状态高精度监测系统,实现舟桥运动状态数据厘米级定位、高精度全天候实时监测及态势显示,可靠性强。以某型舟桥装备在长江某段进行测试,与传统架设方式相比,应用该系统辅助舟桥架设的时间缩短了49.15%,说明了该系统能够有效提高舟桥架设指挥调度的效率。

    Abstract:

    Pontoon bridge equipment is an important equipment to overcome the obstacles of large and medium-sized rivers. Aiming at the problems of large number of pontoon bridge units, complex operation process, unclear operation situation and low efficiency of manual command in the process of pontoon bridge equipment erection, a high-precision monitoring system for pontoon bridge motion state is designed. This system is based on Beidou technology, RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) technology, and wireless ad hoc network technology to achieve centimeter-level positioning accuracy, high-precision all-weather real-time monitoring, and situational display of the pontoon bridge"s motion state data, ensuring strong reliability. A certain type of pontoon bridge equipment is tested in a certain section of the Yangtze River, and compared with the traditional erection mode, the time of the pontoon bridge erection assisted by the system is shortened by 49.15%, which shows that the system can effectively improve the efficiency of pontoon bridge erection command and dispatch.
