    摘要:

    为助力解决风洞试验中的疑难问题,对风洞试验中测量系统常见故障整理汇总进行分析。通过对2 m 量 级高速风洞试验中记录的常见故障汇总分析,整理出故障类型及其处理方式,使风洞试验中出现故障时能快速通过 该分析报告找到问题所在并解决故障。在2 m 量级高速风洞试验中的应用表明:该方法能实现常见故障出现后快速 查找问题关键的可行性,为风洞试验安全及试验效率提供有力支撑。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the difficult problems in the wind tunnel test, the common faults of the measurement system in the wind tunnel test are summarized and analyzed. By collecting and analyzing the common faults recorded in the 2-meter high speed wind tunnel test, the fault types and their treatment methods are sorted out, so that the problems can be found and solved quickly through the analysis report when the faults occur in the wind tunnel test. The application in 2 m high speed wind tunnel test shows that the method realizes the feasibility of quickly finding the key problems after the common faults occur, and provides a strong support for the safety and efficiency of wind tunnel test.
