Abstract:In order to improve the operational safety of weapon equipment, a human error identification method is proposed. This paper introduces the basic concepts and existing methods of human error identification, points out the shortcomings of the existing methods, and proposes a human error identification method based on operating procedures and human-computer interface. The envelope of human error modes is established by analyzing the operating procedures, and the effective human error modes are selected by analyzing the basic characteristics of human-computer interface. The results show that the method can improve the effectiveness of human error identification results and provide guidance for human error management.
