    为了对聚能装药战斗部结构设计进行优化,研究药型罩锥角对聚能破甲的影响。以聚能装药战斗部的装药直径、装药高度、炸高和靶板厚度为主要参数,结合炸药、药型罩等材料的相关状态方程,构建聚能装药战斗部有限元模型,并利用ANSYS/LS_DANA有限元程序对聚能射流形成过程进行分析,模拟计算药型罩锥角与有利炸高的关系。仿真结果表明:模拟计算结果与试验结果对比具有较好的准确性,可为聚能装药战斗部设计提供一定借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In order to optimize the structure design of shaped charge warhead, the influence of cone Angle of shaped charge cap on shaped charge armor breaking was studied. The finite element model of shaped charge warhead was constructed by taking the diameter, height, blasting height and thickness of target plate as the main parameters, combined with the relevant state equations of explosives and shaped cover materials. The forming process of shaped charge jet was analyzed by ANSYS/LS_DANA finite element program, and the relationship between the cone Angle of shaped cover and favorable blasting height was simulated. The simulation results show that compared with the experimental results, the simulation results have good accuracy, which can provide some reference for the design of shaped charge warhead.
