Abstract:In order to improve the drawing efficiency of semi-finishing milling cutter for turbine rotor groove in AutoCAD software, the manual drawing method is analyzed. A parametric drawing software based on AutoCAD is designed by using AutoLisp software to design the wave edge profile milling cutter of rotor groove semi-finishing milling cutter. The results show that after loading the software, the cutter designer only needs to input three parameters, such as tooth number, wavelength and wave depth to automatically complete the drawing of cutter profile, which greatly shortens the time of cutter design and technical preparation.
