Aiming at the problem of home gateway information leakage, this paper proposes a Base64 encryption method for home gateway configuration file segmentation based on Broadcom platform. Through segmental Base64 encryption and decryption, the hardware and software solutions are designed and implemented. The results show that the method has high reliability and can improve the security of the gateway system.
