Abstract:In order to analyze the flow characteristics of explosive in the process of kneading, the mixing multiphase flow model based on the Euler-Euler method in the computational multiphase flow dynamics theory was applied, and the 3D steady turbulent flow field in the kneader was numerically simulated by using the polyhedral mesh technique, the standard k-ε turbulence model and the SIMPLEC algorithm of pressure-velocity coupling. By using commercial CFD solver ANSYS Fluent, the variation of velocity and pressure in the kneader was obtained when the impeller speed was 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 r/min. The results show that the simulation algorithm is of great significance to reveal the variation law of the internal flow field of the kneader and to study the mechanism of charging process safety, and has high engineering application value.
